Orders are processed and shipped  within 2-4 business days from the time of order. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4  business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on third-party logistics providers.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over $30 to USA & CANADA

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your order or return items after they have been shipped.

Delivery Times

Typical Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days in major cities, starting from the time of shipment.

Extended Delivery Times: Delivery may take longer for certain regions, particularly for remote or rural areas.

Address Errors and P.O. boxes

Please ensure that the Ship To address is entered correctly and contact us as soon as you notice an error in your address. If there are any errors in the Ship To address that result in an order being returned or delivered to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. 

Shipping is not available to P.O. box addresses due to carrier restrictions.

 

Beyond Seller Control (Refunds or Reshipments Are Not Available in the Following Cases)

 

1. Unpaid Tariffs: The parcel will be destroyed if the custom duties are not paid on time.

2. Custom Delays: Delay in inspection or clearance by local customs.

3.  Address Errors/Change of Address: Insufficient or incorrect address details and post-order changes.

4. Post-Delivery Losses: If the shipment is marked as delivered.
